Stephen E. Bradley

Mr. Bradley is a director of CK Asset Holdings Limited, a publicly traded global property investment, development, management and utility infrastructure company, since November 2020; a director of Power Assets Holdings Limited, a publicly traded global energy investment company, since May 2022; and a director of CNex (Shanghai International Money Broking Co.), a private broking and information services company, since November 2020.

Mr. Bradley was a director of Husky Energy Inc. (“Husky”), a former publicly traded international integrated energy company, from July 2010 to December 2020, prior to Husky combining with Cenovus in January 2021.

Mr. Bradley holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Balliol College, Oxford University and a post-graduate diploma from Fudan University, Shanghai. Mr. Bradley is a member of the Hong Kong Securities and Investment Institute and holds an Institute of Corporate Directors Designation (ICD.D).

Mr. Bradley has been a member of the Cenovus Board since May 2024.
