James D. Girgulis

Mr. Girgulis is Managing Director of Hutchison Whampoa Europe Investments S.à r.l., a private investment company, and Managing Director of CK Hutchison Group Telecom Finance S.A., a public limited company, both since January 2023. From April 2022 to January 2023, Mr. Girgulis was Managing Director of CK Hutchison Networks Europe Investments S.à r.l., a private  investment company. From April 2021 to March 2022, Mr. Girgulis was Special Advisor to the Executive at Cenovus Energy Inc. ("Cenovus") following Cenovus's combination with Husky Energy Inc. ("Husky") in January 2021. Mr. Girgulis was Senior Vice­-President, General Counsel & Secretary of Husky, a public integrated energy company, from April 2012 to March 2021.

Mr. Girgulis holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Calgary and a Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of Alberta.

Mr. Girgulis has been a member of the Cenovus Board since November 2023.
