Are you a student or new grad with questions about the application process? We’re here to help. To get you started, here are some answers to common questions we receive from applicants.

  • When are student opportunities posted

    We hire students throughout the year. The three main hiring cycles will have students joining us in January, May or September, but we recommend that students check our available positions regularly as openings may arise.

  • What are the work term lengths for student roles

    Work terms can vary in length from four, eight, 12 or 16 months depending on hiring needs.

  • How is student performance evaluated?

    Students will have regular performance discussions with their leader throughout the work term and a final, performance assessment at the conclusion of the work term.

  • When are new grad opportunities posted?

    New grad opportunities are posted once a year typically in the summer for a subsequent May/June start date.

  • Which student and new grad opportunities are currently available?

  • Do new grads have input into which work rotations they will be assigned?

    Yes, candidate interests and career aspirations are discussed during recruitment and at various points throughout the program.
