Striking a balance
At Cenovus we strive to achieve a balance between energy development and environmental impact. In the past five years we've successfully grown our oil production while reducing our emissions, water and land use. At Foster Creek we recycle nearly all of the water we use in our SAGD operations. And our steam to oil ratio is one of the lowest in the industry. But while we're making strides, we know it's an on-going challenge. So, we asked a few employees to share their perspective on how we're doing so far. Here's what they had to say.
