Electronic invoicing

Due to system outages required to make changes to OpenInvoice, you will not be able to submit invoices via OpenInvoice from December 21, 2009 until January 4, 2010. OpenInvoice Receipt field tickets/charges will still be accepted during this outage.

Even though technical changes will not be complete until January 4, please begin updating backup documentation reflecting the appropriate company name and mailing address starting December 1, 2009.

Effective January 4, 2010, OpenInvoice will be updated to reflect the following Cenovus properties.

Invoices currently sent to a department not listed above (e.g. Corporate Services) should be sent to the same department within the appropriate company. Invoicing requirements will remain the same for both companies. Please confirm with your current Cenovus or Encana contact for correct billing information.
