Executive Vice-President, Organization & Workplace Development
As Executive Vice-President, Organization & Workplace Development, Hayward is responsible for Cenovus Energy's human resources functions, information systems and technology, and administrative services including facility management, travel and security.
Hayward joined the company in 1989 and, over the years, has taken on a series of successive leadership roles including Director of Information Technology in 1997 and Chief Information Officer in 2000. Hayward became a member of the Executive Team in 2006, accountable for the company's information and administrative services, and human resources.
Hayward graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of New Brunswick, and has more than 25 years of experience in the Canadian oil and gas industry.
